The Management of Isaac Jasper Bore College of Education, Sagbama, Bayelsa State, hereby invites interested and reputable companies and suppliers with relevant experience to tender for the following 2013/2014 merged TETFund Normal lnterventions.


Invitation for Pre-Qualification and Tender for 2013/2014 Merged Tetfund Normal Interventions 

1. Construction of 1No. One storey lecturers’ offices, laboratories and lecture theatres complete with external works.
2. Construction of 1No. One storey 30 offices for lecturers fully serviced with an elevated waler tank cosnplete with external works,
3. Construction of Science Laboratories.
4. Construction of Language laboratory and Music Studios.
5. Furnishing of Lecturers’ Offices.
6. Furnishing of Office Block,
7. Furnishing of Science Laboratories.
8. Furnishing of Language Laboratories and Music Studio,
9. Toyota Miles Van, petrol engine Ac 5 speed manual transmission, power steering standard high roof 6 cylinders and other accessories.

Pre-qualification Criteria
Interested companies and suppliers are requested to submit the following documents and information with verifiable evidence along with their tender documents for assessment.

1. Certificate of registration with Corporate Affairs Cornnsission.
2. Tax clearance and VAT Certificates for the last three years.
3. Proven track record of execution of similar projects over the past three years.
4. Certificate of registration with Isaac Jasper Boro College of Education, Sngbasita.
5. Any additional relevant information.

All bidders are to collect tender documents from the Procuresneat Unit of the College on payment of a non-refundable tender fee of twenty thousand naira only (20,000.00) by Bank Draft made payable to the Bursar, Isaac Jasper Boro College of Education, Sagbama.

The submission of the bids shall close at 12:00 noon on Friday 7th November, 2014 and bidders are all invited to witness the opening of the bids by 1:00pm, on Friday 7th November, 2014 at the College Auditorium.
