The Tertiary Education Trust Fund (TETFUND) has granted Approval-in-principle for the year 2013 special intervention project to the Waziri Umaru Federal Polytechnic and we therefore wish to invite interested competent contractors to submit their pre-qualification documents for the procurement of office furniture and equipment comprising of 8No. Dell Multimedia Projector with Manual Screen, 2No. Trace Digital interactive White board, 26No. Hp Laptop computer, 4No. Electrical Power Lecture Public Address System, BNo. Public Address System. 24No. Hp Desktop Computer, 24No. Lesser-Jet Printer, 4No. Digital Duplicating Machine, 18No. (1.5HP) LG Air Conditioner, 18No. Tables with Chairs, 18No. Fire Proof Filling Cabinet, 80No. A2 Twine Adjustable Board with Drawers and Stools.

Invitation for Pre-Qualification to Tender for Tetfund Special Intervention Project 

Pre-Qualification Requirements
Interested contractors are required to include the following in their submissions:

1. Evidence of registration with Corporate Affairs Commission
2. Evidence of Tax clearance certificate for the last three (3) years
3. An up-to-date Bank reference addressed to the Rector confirming the financial Capability of the company to execute the project.
4. Evidence of VAT remittance for the last three (3) years
5. Company Audited Account for the last three (3) years
6. Company profile, which should include GSM numbers, E-mail address of the firm, list of key personnel with their qualifications, professional registration and experience (please, attach photocopies).
7. List of similar projects previously executed with evidences.
8. Evidence of ITF contribution as contained in the ITF amendment Act 2011.
9. Evidence of compliance with Pencon, Act 2004.

Submission
The above documents and any other useful information should be bound and submitted in sealed plain envelop and addressed to:

This should reach him on or before 12:00noon of Saturday 15, November, 2014. The opening exercise will follow immediately, please.

The institution shall reserve the right to reject any document that does not satisfy the prequalification requirements. The institution shall not bear any cost incidental to this exercise.
