Job Profile: Construction of a block of classrooms and offices for the School of Arts and Social Sciences.

Lot 2:

Job Profile: Construction of a building for Early Childhood Care Education

Job Profile: Procurement of 100 No HP Compaq Branded System.

Job Profile: Procurement of 200 No 6 Seater Iron wooden furniture for the School of Arts and Social Sciences and 100 No office tables and chairs.

2013 Special Intervention Projects

Lot 1:

Job Profile: Procurement of 195 No HP Compaq desktop computers and 97 No HP Intel laptop computers.

Lot 2:

Job Profile: Procurement of 6 No complete set of executive desk with attachment conference drawer, European book shelves, 2 waiting chairs and torino senior executive chair and procurement of 195 No computer chairs and tables.

Lot 3:
TETFund Code: EKSCOE/IKERE EKITI/SP/ TETF/13/05& 06
Job Profile: Procurement of 1 No Hillux Pick up van 4 WD double cabin and 1 No Toyota 30 seater coaster bus power steering, speed manual transmission, 4.2. litre engine.

Pre-Qualification Requirements
Interested Contractors are invited to submit the following Compulsory and Mandatory Documents:

1. Evidence of Registration with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC);
2. Evidence of Tax Clearance Certificate for the past three (3) years i.e. 2011, 2012 and 2013; of the company and the two Directors;
3. Company Audited Account in the last three (3) years i.e. 2011 to 2013;
4. Evidence of compliance with Part iv Section 16 (6d) of the Public Procurement Act 2007 as it relates to Pension (Certificate of Exemption) from PENCOM;
5. Evidence of compliance with section 6 (ii) of the Industrial Training Fund (ITE) Amended Act 2011;
6. Evidence of Registration for Value Added Tax;
7. List of verifiable Equipment Owned;
8. Evidence of Technical and Professional Staff Strength with Academic and Professional Qualifications of Key Personnel available for the project;
9. Evidence of relevant verifiable experience on similar jobs in Nigeria over the last 5 years stating Location, Cost and Duration of execution with Letter of Award and Completion Certificate;
10. Reference Letter from Banker and copies of current Bank Statement;
11. Evidence of Payment of Tender’s fee payment;

Submission of Pre-Qualification Documents
Spiral bound pre-qualification documents in wax-sealed envelope with the inscription “PRE-QUALIFICATION AS CONTRACTOR/SUPPLIER FOR TETFUND PROJECTS” (indicate lot number and TETFuad Code) at the top left hand corner should be hand delivered, on or before Tuesday 25th November, 2014 and addressed to:

Opening of Pre-Qualification Documents
Pm-qualification envelopes will be opened at 12.00noon on Tuesday, 25th Nov., 2014. Interested contractors/suppliers are hereby invited for the opening. Contractors will be required to make available the original copy or all documents tendered for verification purpose.

Please, note that all bidders will be required to pay the required non- refundable pre-qualification fee at the Bursary Department of the College.

Notification of Pre-Qualified Bidders
Names of pre-qualified contractors/suppliers will be displayed on Notice Board by Wednesday, 26th Nov., 2014 and they will be invited to tender accordingly.
Contractors are required to include their e-mail addresses, telephone numbers and contact address.

Collection of Tender Documents
Pre-qualified contractor will collect the tender documents from the Directorate of Council Affairs at the presentation of evidence of payment of the appropriate processing fee.

Submission of Tender Documents
Spiral bound Tender documents in sealed wax envelope with inscription “TETFUND PROJECT (state lot number and TETFund Code)” should be submitted not later than 12noon of Tuesday, 9th December, 2014 to, the Registrar, College of Education, Ikere-Ekiti.
Tenderers will be required to pay the appropriate non-refundable tender processing fee.

Opening of Tenders
The tender documents will be opened on Tuesday, 9th December, 2014 at 2.00 pm. Interested Tenderers are hereby invited.
