Further to the instruction of our client, we hereby advertise for sale, the property below by way of bid process.
Description: Lagoon- view 5 Bedroom bungalow with Boys quarters and swimming pool on a parcel of land measuring approximately 3000sqm
Location: 8, Oyinkan Abayomi Drive (formerly Queens Drive), lkoyi, Lagos.

Instruction to Bidders
Bid package should include the following:
(i) Completed Bid Application Form
(ii) Bank certified cheque for 10% Bid Purchase Sum (Refundable for unsuccessful bid)
(iii) Note: Bid application form can be obtained from any of the listed agents at no cost. Application forms are also available from the listed agents website.

Inspection
Prospective Bidders can inspect the property from 20th August to 14th September 2012 between the hours of 10 am and 4 pm, Mondays to Saturdays by arrangement with the agents.

Closing Date
All bids must be submitted in the bid boxes provided in the offices of the two agents on or before 5.00 pm on Friday 14th September 2012. Bids to be opened on Wednesday, 19th September, 2012 and venue will be communicated accordingly.
All bids must be enclosed in a properly sealed envelope marked at the top left hand corner, thus;

The envelope should be addressed to Officer-In- Charge, Sale  by Bid Process at any of the listed agents.

Disqualification
Any bid not in conformity with bidding instructions and/or not submitted on or before the deadline will be disqualified.
The client has no obligation to accept any bid.

Payment Plan
1. Successful bidder shall pay 90% of Bid Purchase Sum to the client not later than 20 working days from date of receiving information about the success of his bid. Failing this, the bid shall become void and client will be entitled to engage the next bidder without refunding the 10% of Bid Purchase Sum earlier paid.
Note: 10% of Bid Purchase sum should be made in favour of Messrs. B. Ayorinde & Co
