Invitation for Pre-Qualification and Tender of Contract for TETFund Normal Intervention for Year 2013 at Jigawa State Polytechnic

The Management of Jigawa State Polytechnic Dutse hereby invites competent and experienced Contractors/Suppliers for Pre-Qualification and tender to execute the following projects under TETFUND 2013 normal intervention project.

Invitation for Pre-Qualification and Tender of Contract for TETFund Normal Intervention for Year 2013 

Lot 1: Proposed construction, conversion and rehabilitation works at department of food nutrition, hospitality management and tourism.
Lot 2: Construction of phase 2 of entrepreneurship development center.
Lot 3: Construction of students toilets.
Lot 4: Construction of classroom block,
Lot 5: Rehabilitation of accounting laboratory
Lot 6: Procurement and installation of physics laboratory equipment.
Lot 7: Procurement and installation of biology laboratory equipment.
Lot 8: Procurement of water tanker (10,000liters), 100KVA sound proof generators.
Lot 9: Procurement and installation of equipment for DOTM.
Lot 10: Procurement and installation of academic staff office furniture.

Tender Qualification Requirements
Interested contractors/Suppliers are required to submit copies of under Iisted documents in their submission:

1. Evidence of Registration with Corporate Affairs Commission.
2. Evidence of Tax Clearance for the fast 3 years.
3. Evidence of Financial Capabilities and Banking Support,
4. Companies Audited Account for the last 3 years.
5. Verification list and Documentary Evidence of simiiar Jobs successfully executed with locations within the last 3 years.
6. Evidence of Compliance with National Pension Reform act 2004.
7. Technical Qualification and Expenence of key Personnel.
8. Evidence of VAT Registration and Remittance.
9. List of equipment.
10. List of key personnel with their qualification.

Collection of Tender Documents:
All Contractors/Suppliers would be required to pay a non-refundable tender fee of N20, 000.00 (Twenty thousand naira only) at the bursary department and collect tender document at works department respectively.

Closing Date:
Pre-qualification and tender documents submission closes at 12.00 noon. 16th December 2014, and the documents will be opened the same day at 1.00pm in the board room of the polytechnic. Representatives of the companies are cordially invited to the opening exercise.

Submission of Documents;
Prequalification and tender documents should be spirally bound enclosed in sealed envelope and marked at the top left hand corner “Pre-Qualification and Tender documents for lot……….” and should be addressed to the Registrar Jigawa State Polytechnic, P.M.B. 7040, Kiyawa road, Dutse, Jigawa State.

Note:
Only tenders of the pre-qualified companies would be processed and evaluated.
