Abaji Area Council, Federal Capital Territory Administration Abuja, hereby invites applications for pre-qualification/tender from competent and interested companies/contractors for the execution of approved jobs/projects under its year 2014 budget.

Scope of Work
  • Road construction of 2.5 KM Gigbe Road with Surface Dressing
  • Renovation of Abaji Main Market
  • Fencing of ldel-Festival Praying Ground —Abaji
  • Renovation of Abaji Area Council Secretariat
  • Construction of Police Post — Gawu
Lot 2: Purchase/Furnishing
Furnishing of Heads of Department Offices

Pre-Qualification/Tender Criteria

To pre-qualify/tender consideration. Interested companies / contractors are required to submit the following documents:
  1. Evidence of Incorporation with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC)
  2. Evidence of registration with the Abaji Area Council
  3. VAT Certificate
  4. Tax Clearance certificate 2011-2013
  5. Company Profile
  6. Bank reference
  7. List of equipments
  8. Any other relevant information
  9. Companies / Contractors should collect Bid/Tender Documents in the Works Department of the Council
Closing Date:
19th November 2014

Submission of Documents

Pre-qualification / Tender documents should be submitted in sealed envelopes and should reach the Secretariat Tender Board on or before 19th November, 2014 Interested companies/contractors should pay non-refundable fee of N 80,000.00 only to Abaji Council Account No. 2000318051 with First Bank PIs, Abaji Branch.

All Pre-qualification/Tender documents will be publicly opened on the closing date by 12:30pm at the Council’s Secretariat.
