Invitation to Tender for execution of some project at the Delta State Tenders Board Secretariat C/O Office of the Deputy Governor

Tenders are hereby invited from suitably qualified companies to execute the project listed below:

Ministry of Health

• Supply of Medical Equipment to Hospitals, Comprehensive Health Centres in Ethiope East Local Government Area,

Ministry of Works

• Rehabilitation/Overlay of Enerhen-Udu Road, Udu Local Government Area.

Tender Application Forms and Documents are to be collected from the Office of the Secretary, State Tenders Board, Deputy Governor’s Office. Asaba.

Tenderers are advised to visit and inspect the sites before tendering. Tenderers should contact the Director, Planning, Research, and Statistics of the Users Ministry for this purpose.

Closing Date:
20th November 2014

Submission
All Tender documents, together with the completed Bills of Quantities, should be put in a wax-sealed envelope. The project title should be clearly marked at the top left hand corner of the envelope and delivered to the State Tenders Board Secretariat, Deputy Governor’s Office, Asaba not later than 20th November 2014.

Tenderers should note that the Board in considering the tenders would not be bound to accept the lowest or any bidder.
Late bids after the 14 days duration—Thursday, 6th November, 2014 will not be accepted.

Tenders will be opened at 11.00am, Tuesday, 25th November, 2014 in the presence of Bidders or Bidders’ representatives who choose to be present at the Conference Hall, Deputy Governor’s Office, Asaba.
