Jhpiego Nigeria intends to undertake a comprehensive update of the register of its suppliers for various goods and services for the fiscal year 2014—2015.

Expression of Interest for Supplies of Goods and Services for the Year 2014/2015 

Intended eligible vendors are invited to apply by indicating the category of goods or services they wish to undertake. Existing vendors who wish to be retained must also reapply and resubmit up-to-date information as required.

Interested firms must provide a detailed company profile, show evidence of registration with the corporate affairs commission, Tax clearance certificate for the last 3 years, evidence of previous work with non-governmental organizations, experience with USAID funded projects will be an added advantage.

Submission
Completed sets of documents sealed in a plain envelop and clearly marked Expression of Interest for the years 2014-2015 and indicating the category number should be posted to the address below or dropped into the tenders’ box at the office reception in the address below.

Closing Date:
The closing date for submission is at 3.00pm within 20th November 2014. Documents submitted after the closing date and time will be rejected by Jhpiego.
