The Deutsche Gesellschaft für Intemationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH Programme Sustainable Smallholder Agri-Business (SSAB)”, financed by Federal Ministry of Economic Cooperation and Development, would like to procure fifty (50) motorcycles:

Specifications: Honda ACE CB125, NR III DK Motorcycles 125 ccm

Eligible bidders are certified Honda dealers and/or those who can provide a certificate of origin. Accordingly, GIZ invites interested dealers to furnish GIZ Nigeria Country Office with the following:

• A quotation which should take the form of a Pro Forma Invoice, stating the technical specifications and giving unit and total prices for the item(s). The total price should be broken down as follows: Net price ox stock; Cost of packing; Transport costs; VAT; Total price.

23 motorcycles to GIZ/SSAB, 17 Ikale Street ljapo Estate Akure
Date of delivery: Please indicate your shortest delivery time from reception of order
Terms of payment- Immediately after delivery

1. Comprehensive company profile
2. Evidence of registration with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC)
3. Evidence of being certified Honda dealers and/or adequate and reliable certificates including certificate of origin
4. Evidence of experience of previous jobs

Only complete quotations and documents received at the physical address or email address indicated not later than 24th November 2014 will be accepted and considered.
