Invitation for Prequalification for the Implementation of MDGs 2014 Capital Projects at the Federal Government Girls College, Kabba

Federal Government Girl’s College, Kabba intends to carry out:

• 4 (Four) no of borehole and water reticulation (Powered by solar panel)
• Renovation of dining halls/Provision of modern kitchen.
• Construction of 12 (Twelve) VIP toilets and Bathrooms in the hostel and classroom areas.

Pre-Qualification Requirements
Prospective Contractors are required to submit the following pre-qualifications.

1. A copy of company profile
2. Evidence of registration with CAC
3. Three (3) years Tax clearance certificate
4. Evidence of compliance with the provisions of section 6 (1) (3) amended lTF Act. No. 19 of 2011.
5. Evidence of financial capability statements and bankers
6. Evidence of VAT registration/PENCOM compliance
7. Evidence of previous works successfully completed with letters of Award and completion certificates.

Tender Procedure
Interested Tenders are requested to pay a non-refundable sum of Twenty Thousand Naira only (N20, 000) in certified Bank Draft to the College Bursary and collect the Bill of Quantities and other tender documents.

Submission
The pre-qualification and tender documents are to be neatly bound and sealed in two separate envelops and marked at the top “Technical” and “Financial” bids as appropriate and the two envelops shall be sealed and labeled.

The envelopes should be dropped in 2 tender boxes in the office of the Principal, Federal Government Girls’ College, Kabba not later than 11.00am on 22nd December, 2014.

Opening of the pre-qualification documents
The opening of the technical bids shall be done at 12noon on 22nd December, 2014 and all bidders are required to be present.

Note:
Federal Government Girls’ College, Kabba is not obliged to any company not found suitable or pre-qualified. There shall be NO mobilization feed as any payment shall strictly be based on evaluation of work done already on site.
