Tenders for 2013 Rivers State Government Calenders'' and Gift Bags

The Rivers State Ministry of Information and Communications hereby invites suitably qualified and reputable contractors with very good knowledge of calenders designing and printing to submit tenders for the printing of the state government calenders for 2013.

Scope/Detail of Project
The scope of project shall be to design print and delivery of seventy thousand (70,000) wall calenders, ten thousand (10,000) desk top calenders and sixty thousand (60,000) gift bags before end of November, 2012 with the following specifications:

 

 

Tenders Requirements:
The tender documents should include the following
1)  Copy of the certificates of incorporation of company including forms C02 and C07
2)  Company tax clearance for the last three (3) years
3)  Verifiable list of similar and other jobs successfully executed, and year of completion
4)  Evidence of financial capacity from reputable bank(s)
5)  Evidence of registration with rivers state ministry of information and communications
6)  VAT certificate
7)  Company's audited accounts for the last three years (from 2009)

Submission of Application/Documents:
All applications and relevant documents should be submitted in four(4) sealed copies and clearly marked ''Tenders for 2013 Rivers State Government Calenders'' and Gift Bags''.

Closing Date
All submissions should be delivered to the address below, not later than 42 days from the date of this advert.
