The Tertiary Education Trust Fund (TETFUND) has granted Approval-in- principle for the year 2013 special intervention project to the Waziri Umaru Federal Polytechnic and we therefore wish to invite interested competent contractors to submit their pre-qualification documents for the procurement, supply and installation of Classroom. Workshop, Studio and Office furniture and equipment for the Department of Building Technology.
Invitation for the Pre-Qualification of Tender for Tetfund Special Intervention Project
Pre-Qualification Requirements
Interested contractors are required to include the following in their submissions;
- Evidence of Registration with Corporate Affairs Commission.
- Evidence of Tax clearance certificate for the last three (3) years.
- An up-to-date Bank reference addressed to the Rector confirming nature of the account and the financial capability of the company to execute the project.
- Evidence of VAT remittance for the last three years.
- Company Audited Account for the last three (3) years.
- Company profile which should indude GSM numbers, E-mail Address of the firm, list of key personnel with their qualifications, professional registration and experience (please attach photocopies).
- List of similar projects previously executed with evidence.
- Evidence of ITF contribution as contained in the ITF amendment Act 2011.
- Evidence of compliance with Pencom Act 2004.

The above documents and any other useful information should be bound and submitted in seal plain envelop and addressed to;

12:00noon on Tuesday 2nd December 2014. The opening exercise will follow immediately, please.
