Invitation for Pre-Qualification of Contractors for the Year 2013 Tertiary Education Trust Fund (TETFund) Special Intervention Projects 

Competent and qualified Firms/Companies are invited to submit Pre-Qualification documents for the following projects described below:

Code: Description:

1. FCE(T)/ASABA/TETFUND/SP/13/01: Procurement of 94No Semi Executive Office Tables
2. FCE(T)/ASABA/TETFUND/SP/13/02: Procurement of 94No Semi Executive Office Chairs
3. FCE(T)/ASABA/TETFUND/SP/13/03: Procurement of 1No Toyota Hilux

Pre-Qualification Requirements for Contractors
Interested contractors are invited to submit the following prequalification documents:

1. Verifiable evidence of incorporation with Corporate Affairs Commission.
2. Verifiable evidence of TAX clearance certificate for the last Three (3) years with Tax Identification Number boldly indicated on the certificate.
3. Evidence of VAT Registration.
4. Evidence of PENCOM Registration
5. Evidence of audited account of the firm/company’s financial details for the last three (3) years.
6. Verifiable office and workshop address(es); NOT P.O. BOX but should include telephone number(s) of company Director(s).
7. Company’s profile and evidence of relevant/similar projects executed.
8. Evidence from the company’s bankers as to its financial capability to undertake the project.
9. Evidence of Registration with Industrial Training Fund (ITF).
10. Statement as to completion date of the project.

• Arrangement of documents (in soft and hard copies) should follow the order in the list above appropriately numbered. Each parcel should have a table of content indicating the pages on which these items are to be found.

Submission of Appllication
All applications for pre-qualification must be delivered in a sealed, envelope markecf “Application for Prequalification” at the top corner of the envelope and should be addressed to the Registrar, Federal College of Education (Technical), Asaba on or before 29th December, 2014. Pre-Qualification documents received will be opened at 12.00 noon on the closing date at the Board Room, Federal College of Education (Technical), Asaba (Temporary Site).

This invitation for pre-qualification is not an invitation to tender. Only pre-qualified companies/firms will be invited to tender.
