As a follow-up to our invitation to vendors to submit pre-qualification documents for the LGCGS 2011 projects in Ondo State, pre-qualified vendors were invited through an SMS to submit tenders for jobs for which they were pre-qualified. In furtherance of the foregoing, this advertisement is to serve as a reminder to such vendors to check their names on the notice board of our Office and proceed to submit priced documents in the following categories/Local Government Areas:

Requirements:

The vendors are required to submit the following documents along side with priced bill:

Evidence of Certificate of Registration with the Corporate Affairs Commission
Evidence of 3 years Tax Clearance Certificate
Evidence of 3 years Development Levy
Evidence of Registration with Ondo State Ministry of Works
Evidence of Financial capability and banking support
Evidence of similar projects executed and knowledge of the Industry

Collection Of Tender Documents:

Interested candidates are to collect tender documents for the projects from Intergovernmental Affairs and Multilateral Relations, Governor’s Office, Alagbaka Akure, Ondo State on payment of a non- refundable tender fee in the sum of N10, 000 for each of the LOT to the bank. Please obtain detailed payment information from the above named office.

Submission Of Tender Documents

All application for tender should be in sealed envelope and clearly marked at the left hand corner indicating Lot and Name of LGA for which tender documents are submitted.
