Invitation to Bid/UN Procurement Notice for Catering and Cafeteria Services on a Long Term Agreement 

The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), on behalf of the UN System in Nigeria invites bids from relevant registered service providers for the following services:

• Catering and Cafeteria Services on a long term agreement

The details of the Invitation to Bid can be found on http://procurement-notices.undp.org/ with the heading: “INVITATION TO BID FOR CATERING AND CAFETERIA SERVICES ON A LONG TERM AGREEMENT” AII bids must be submitted in the format specified on the ITB document and clearly marked: “ITE- Catering and Cafeteria Services 2014”

Furthermore, UNDP intends to establish a roster of suppliers and technicians/or the following:

1. Carpentry & Joinery Works and related Services
2. Civil Works, Masonry Services & Painting
3. Supply of Diesel Oil (AGO) & Petroleum Motor Spirits (PMS)
4. Sales & Servicing of Electrical Parts & Accessories (including sundry Electrical installations & Works)
5. Sales & Servicing of Air-conditioning Parts & Accessories (including sundry Air-conditioning Repairs Services)
6. Sales & Servicing of Generator Parts and Accessories
7. Sales of Toiletries including Tissue Paper, Liquid Hand Wash Soaps; Air Fresheners; & Batteries
8. Sales & Servicing of Aluminum Works & Related Services
9. Supply of Office Stationeries
10. Supply of Bottled Drinking Water
11. Printers & Sign Writers
12. Welders, Iron Mongery & Related Services
13. Sales & Servicing of Intercom. PABX & CCTV Cameras & related Services
14. Sales & Servicing of Petroleum Products Dispensing Pumps
15. Sales, Servicing. Rewinding & Recoiling of Electrical Motors and Coils Services
16. Supply, Installation & Maintenance of Smoke Detectors, Fire Alarms & Panic Alarms; Supply, Installation & Maintenance of Access Control & Baggage Scanners Security Systems
17. Supply of Locks & Keys
18. Sales & Servicing of Motorized Equipment such as Electric Sliding Gates
19. Installation & Maintenance of Fire Extinguishers

Closing Date:
22nd December 2014

Submission
All sealed bids for the Cafeteria Services must be received at the UNDP address specified in the solicitation documents downloaded on the website latest by 5:00 pm, 15th December, 2014.

UNDP will receive bids for the Supplier Roster at the address specified in the Expression of Interest Document upto 5:00pm on 22nd December 2014.
