Kano University of Science and Technology, Wudil, wishes to bring to the notice of interested competent and reputable Contractors that the University would carry out works under the TETFUND Intervention projects.

Invitation for Pre-Qualification of Contractors for Tetfund Intervention Projects 

LOT 1: Procurement of Various Titles of Assorted Text Books and Journals.
LOT 2: Procurement of Furniture for Entrepreneurship Development Centre.

Pre-qualification Requirements:

1. Certificate of Company Registration with Corporate Affairs Commission.
2. VAT Registration Certificate.
3. Company Audited Account for the last three (3) years (2011, 2012, and 2013).
4. Evidence of Current Tax Clearance Certificate for the last three (3) years (2011,2012, and 2013).
5. PENCOM Compliance Certificate.
6. Industrial Training Fund Compliance Certificate.
7. Evidence of Financial Capability with Bank reference letter indicating accessibility to credit facilities with maximum amount stated.
8. Bank statements of account for the last three months.
9. Evidence of performance on similar verifiable and successfully executed projects in the last three years (2011, 2012, and 2013).
10. List of key personnel of the Company and their CV’S and verifiable evidence of registration with Professional bodies.
11. A Sworn affidavit that none of the Directors has been convicted by any Court of Law for a criminal offence including fraud or financial impropriety.

Submission of Documents:
The application of pre-qualification must be submitted in sealed envelopes and boldly marked “PRE-QUALIFICATION DOCUMENTS FOR LOT" and should be addressed to:

Closing Date:
Eligible Contractors are expected to submit the relevant documents within three 24th December 2014 and the prequalification documents will be publically opened for processing at 10:00 a.m on Wednesday, 24th December, 2014 at the Council Chamber, Kane University of Science and Technology, Wudil, Kano State. Only qualified companies will be shortlisted and invited to Tender.
