Contractors/Suppliers are Needed for the Upgrading of E-Library and Supply Textbooks for Kuduna State Library Board

The Kaduna State Government (KDSG), invites competent and qualified contractors/suppliers for the Upgrading of E-Library and -supply of Textbooks for Kaduna State Library Board.

Scope of Work

• LOT 1: Supply of Text Books.
• LOT 2: Upgrading of E-Library.

Qualification Criteria
Interested reputable Contractors/Suppliers are invited to submit the following documents along with their tender:

• Certificate of Registration/Incorporation with Corporate Affairs Commission (C.A.C).
• Evidence of current Tax Clearance Certificate (TCC) for the last three (3) years.
• Company Audited Accounts showing Annual Turnover for the last three (3) years, duly stamped by the relevant professional body.
• Certificate of Registration with Kaduna State Tenders Board .
• Evidence of Value Added Tax (VAT) registration with Tax Identification Number (TIN) and past remittances for the last three (3) years.
• Verifiable list of similar jobs completed in the, last tree(3) years including Letters of Award, Project Cost and Completion Certificate.

Obtaining The Bidding Documents
Interested Bidders can obtain the Bidding Documents on payment of a non-refundable fee twenty thousand naira for lot 1 and ten thousand naira for lot 2 at the following address :

Bids Submission:
All Bids should be submitted to the Director’s Office, Kaduna State Library Board, No. 10 Bida Road opposite NBTE, Kaduna on or before
19th July, 2017 by 1:30 pm

The Bids Opening shall take Place in the Presence  of Bidders Representatives at:
Venue: Conference Room, Kaduna State Library Board, Bida Road, Kaduna,
Date: 18th July, 2017,
Time: 1:30pm.
