Lot 1:

Construction of Fombina street(L2 km) in Jimeta, Headquarters of Yola North Local Government Area.
construction of Majalisa Street (1.00 km in Jimeta, Headquarters of Yola North Local Government Area.
Construction of Galadima Street. (0.7 km) in Jimeta, Headquarters of Yola North local Government Area.
Construction of Mustapha Ismail Street extension with fall out drain (3.00 km) in Jimeta, Headquarters of Yola North. Local Government Area.

Lot 2:

Construction of Sarkin.Kano Road (1.0 KM) in Yola town, Head quarters of Yola South Local Government Area.
Construction of Gurin Drive(0.4 km) in Yola town, Headquarters of Yola South Local Government Area.
Construction of Alkasum Street(0.82 km) in Yola Town, Headquarters of Yola South Local Government Area, South Lacal Government Area.

L.ot 3:

Construction of Mafia Loop Road (2.00 km) with extension and fall out drains in Yola town, Headquarters of Yola South Local Government Area.
Makama Street with links and fall out drains (12 km) in Yola town, Headquarters of Yola South Local Government Area1.
Zumo Road (0.55 km)in Yola Town, Headquarters of Yola: South Local Government Area.

Lot 4:

Construction of Old by pass Road (3.2 km) in Gombi, Headquarters of Gombi Local Government Area.

Lot 5:

Construction of Njobbore Road (2.5 km) in Girei Local Government Area.

Lot 6:

Construction of Mampaya Road (340 km) in Ilba, Hong Local Government Area.

Lot 7:

Falu Street(2 0 km) in Jimeta, Head Quarters of Yola North Local Government Area.
Philip Maken Sreet (1.2 km) jimeta, Head Quarters of Yola North Local Government Area.

Interested Constructors Must Meet the Following Conditions

Shall be incorporated in Nigeria and have all the legal requirements to operate in the country including registration with relevant bodies.
Must have capability to commence work without advance payment to the satisfaction of the Client,
Ownership of quarry and asphalt plants in the State are key requirements.
Should have evidence of satisfactory execution of similar projects in the State in the past five years.
Bidding documents are to be obtained in the Procurement Department, Ministry of Works, Adamawa State Secretariat Complex, Yola after payment of a non - refundable sum of N300,000,00 (three hundred thousand naira) per lot into the "Ministry of Works Bank Account, No.2603000778 at La Bank, Yola Branch".
All submissions in response to this advert should be in English Language.
Bids must be duly signed.

Bidders are Advised to:

Inspect the project site, the Scope of work and Bill of Engineering Measurement and Evaluation (BEME) accompanying it, so as to avoid discrepancies.
Note that the process is not bound to consider the lowest bidder.
Submit their work plan and methodology.
submit bids and all relevant documents in sealed envelopes and the title of project clearly Written at the back as advertised, addressed to the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Works, Adamawa State Secretariat Complex Yola, Lamido Aliyu Way ,PMB 2025,Yola.
Enclose a photo copy of the receipts as evidence of purchase of bidding documents.
Must enclose a bid security or bond, minimum of 3% of the quoted price of each project, addressed to the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Works, Adamawa State Secretariat complex, Yola.
There will be pre bid meeting with representatives of firms that purchase bidding documents for any of the lots on the 3rd of August 2017 in the Conference Hall (Room E 206, first floor), Ministry of Works Headquarters, Adamawa State Secretariat complex, Yola, at 12:00 noon.
All tender to be submitted in the office of the Director Procurement, Room E212, 1st floor, Ministry of Works Headquarters, Adamawa State Secretariat complex, Yola, on or before the 17th of August 2017.
Firms that purchased bidding document for Mafia Loop Road (Lot 3) last year do not need to pay again but should present the receipt as evidence.
