The Nigerian Postal Services (NIPOST), in compliance with the Public Procurement Act of 2007 as amended wishes to invite suppliers for the procurement of (4 Units) of Delivery Pick- Up Van, (3 Units) of Delivery Van (Bus), (2 Units) 3.5 tons trucks (4 Units) of delivery Motorcycle 200CC.




The Nigerian Postal Services (NIPOST) In compliance with the Public Procurement Act of 2007 as amended wishes to invite suppliers for the procurement of (4 Units) of Delivery Pick- Up Van, (3 Units) of Delivery Van (Bus), (2 Units) 3.5 tons trucks (4 Units) of delivery Motorcycle 200CC.

Equally, the Nigerian Postal Service wishes to invite reputable and competent companies to tender for the running of the following Mail Routes as listed below.

Lot A
S/N - Routes:
  1. Ajegunle - Navy Town - Satellite Town - Festac - Ajegunle 3.5 Tons.
  2. IMPC Wuse , Area 10 - ACDP Nyanya - Karu Mararaba.
Lot B
S/N - Routes:
  1. IMPC Wuse - Gwagwalada - Kwali - Abali - IMPC Wuse.
  2. IMPC Wuse - Public Service institute(PSIN) Kubwa - Deidei - Zuba - Bwari -IMPC Wuse.
Supplies
  • Lot A (1): Pick-Up VAN (4) Units 2.0 Litre Engines.
  • Lot B (1): Deliver Van (Bus) 3 Units.
  • Lot C (1): Delivery Motorcycle 200CC (4 Units).
Tender Requirements
To qualify for consideration, interested companies are to submit alongside their Tender documents with the followings:
  • Certificate of registration with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) of Nigeria.
  • Tax Clearance Certificate for the last 3 years (2013 - 2015).
  • National Pension Commission Certificate.
  • Evidence of Registration on the National database of contractors, Consultants and service providers by Inclusion of Interim Registration report issued by BPP.
  • Detailed Company Profile.
  • Company Audited Account for 3 Years.
  • Evidence of financial capabilities.
Closing Date of Submission of Tender
The closing date of the submission of the Technical Bid shall be 17/08/2017 at 11:00am prompt and opening shall be immediate.

Method of Application

All Bid documents are to be collected at the Office of the General Manager Procurement Department, NIPOST Headquarters, Garki II - Abuja (Room 222).

Completed Bids are to be submitted at the Office of the General Manager Procurement NIPOST Corporate Headquarters, Garki II - Abuja (Room 222) 2nd Floor.

  • Failure to submit the above stated requirements may lead to disqualification of the Tender.
  • Notwithstanding the submission b any company, the Nigerian Postal Service is neither committed nor obligated to offer its company on award or any form of contract or its agent company.
  • That this advert is published for information purposes only and shall neither be construed to be-a commitment on the part of NIPOST nor shall it entitle the applicant to any claim (s) whatsoever and to seek any indemnity from NIPOST by virtue of such applicant having responded to this application.
  • A nonrefundable Tender Fee of N 15,000 only be paid to NIPOST.
  • Only pre-qualified Bidders will be invited to submit their financial Bids within 30 days.
