Action Against Hunger is a non-governmental and non-profit organization founded in 1979 in Paris France. Our 6.000+ field staffs work in over 40 countries to carry out innovative programmes in nutrition, food security, water & sanitation and health.  In close and direct collaboration with the National Planning Commission, the Federal Ministries of Health, Agriculture and Water Resources and the relevant State and LGA bodies, Action Against Hunger Nigeria is developing programs and activities aimed at fighting hunger through the improvement of food security, children and pregnant & lactating women nutritional status and access to water.
