Contractors Needed for the Procurements of Vehicles for Ecowas Parliament

ECOWAS Parliament has allocated funds for the procurement of three (3) lots of Vehicles and invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the supply of the Vehicles. Bidders may submit bids for each and/or all the three (3) lots.

Bidding is open to all accredited vehicle dealers who can demonstrate that in the past five 5 years preceding the beginning of this contracting proceedings, they have not been temporarily excluded from participating in any public contracting proceedings pursuant to a decision rendered by the Sanctions Committee, or any other national, foreign or international organization, on grounds of misrepresentation in relation to a false statement as to their qualifications to enter into a public contract.
Interested bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding document at the Address indicated below between 9 AM and 5 PM daily during the bidding period. Bidding documents may be purchased upon payment of nonrefundalbe fee of fifty thousand Naira (N50,000).
Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 12:00 noon on July 20, 2017.

All bids must be accompanied by:

• Bid Security of one million Naira (N1,000,000) for lot1,
• five hundred thousand Naira (N500,000) for lot2 and two million Naira (N2,000,000) for lot3;
• A valid 2016 Tax Clearance Certificate; and
• A Manufacturer’s Authorization.

Bids will be opened on 20 July 2017 at 2.00 noon, in the presence & biddersl representatives who choose to attend, at the addrçss.
