The Nation Space Research and Development Agency and its Centres invites qualified , interested and credible Contractors/ Suppliers to tender for Goods and Works under the 2017 Capital Appropriation.

Section A: Goods :

1. Procurement of Software/Hardware, licenses (LOTA1-- LOTA1.3)
2. Procurement of Mechanical, Electrical and Electronic Equipment (LOTA2.1--LOTA2.3)
3. Procurement of High Specification Desktops, UPS, and laptops (LOTA3.1--LOTA3.3)
4. Procurement of Consumables and Equipment(LOTA4)
5. Procurement of Scientific and Laboratory Equipment (LOTA5.1--LOTA5.3)
6. Procurement of Office Equipment and furniture (LOT A6.--LOTA6.4)
7. Procurement of Project Vehicles (LOT A7. 2— LOTA7.4)
8. Procurement of Air conditioners (LOTA8,1 — LOTA8.2)
9. Procurement of Generator Set (LOTA9.1--LOTA9.2)

5. External Works for Laboratory Building (LOT B5.1--LOTB5.2)
6. Construction Maintenance Roads/Drainage (LOT B6.1--LOTB6.3)
7. Extension of Security Street Lighting(LOT B7.1--LOTB7.3)
8. Construction and Installation of 3-Phase Servo Stabilizers for Balanced/Unbalanced Input Power Supply (LOT B8)
9. Supply and Installation of Solar Power Systems (LOT B9.1— LOT B9.2)
10. Extension of Fiber Optics Systems to Incubation Centre etc. (LOTB10)
11. Upgrading of existing Ground Stations,NASRDA Headquarters(LOTB11.1--LOTB11.3)
12. Reactivation of CCTV System(LOT B12)
    

Requirement/Eligibility Criteria
Interested Contractors, Suppliers and Service Providers are required to submit the following:

Certificate of Registration with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC).
Tax Clearance Certificate Corresponding with company annual turnover for three years (2014, 2015, 2016) and tax identification number secured from a proper Tax Authority.
Evidence of Compliance with the industrial Training Fund (lTF) by inclusion Certificate of Compliance from the Industrial Training Fund.
Evidence of compliance with Pension Reforms 2004 by the inclusion of PENCOM compliance Certificate
Evidence of current Nigerian Social Insurance Trust Fund  (NSITF) Compliance Certificate line with section16(6) (d) of the Public Procurement Act.
Evidence of registration on the National Database of Contractors, Consultants and Service Providers with the Bureau of Public Procurement (BPP), by inclusion of Interim Registration Report issued by BPP.
Comprehensive Company Profile with list of Technical/Management Staff including the Technical Qualification of key personnel, evidence of previous work experience in similar fields at least (3) in the last five(5) years and details of Equipment owned.
Evidence of financial capability to execute the Projects (Bank Reference)
Annual Audited Account for the last three (3) years (2014,2015,2016)
Name, email address and telephone number of contact person for the project
A sworn Affidavit certifying that the Company is not in any bankruptcy proceedings or in receivership or the subject of any form of insolvency or any form of winding up proceedings, nor any of the Director(s) of the company has been convicted of financial crimes and none of the officers of the Federal Ministry of Science and Technology, National Space Research and Development Agency or Bureau of Public Procurement is a former or present Director of the Company. -
Any other information that will further enhance the qualification of the company.

Collection Of Tender Documents
Tender documents are obtainable from the office of the Director, Procurement Department, National Space Research and Development Agency, Abuja upon the payment of a non-refundable tender processing fee of N20,000,00 (Twenty thousand naira) only to NASRDATSA Account.
Submission Of Tender Documents
Completed Technical and Financial Tender Documents shall be submitted in Two different envelopes and labeled “TECHNICAL BID” and “FINANCIAL BID” and both placed in a third envelope. All envelopes should bear the Company name at the reverse side while the “Project Name” and “LOT No’ should be at the Top right hand corner of the envelope and addressed to :

Pyakasa Junction,
Airport Road, Lugbe,
Abuja.
and dropped off at the designated Tender boxes in the office of the Director Procurement, NASRDA Headquarters, Abuja not later than six weeks from the date of Tender advert.

Bid Opening
Tender documents (TECHNICAL) are to be opened immediately after the closing of submission at 12:00 noon on 20^th August 2017 in the presence of Bidders or their Representatives, and Representatives of relevant Professional bodies and Non-Governmental Organization at the DG Conference Room, NASRDA HQ, Lugbe, Abuja. Only firms whose technical bids fulfill the minimum requirements would be contacted for the financial bid opening exercise.
This publication hereby serves as an invitation for the bid opening exercise to appropriate Professional Bodies and NGOs.

Important Information

• The Agency reserves the right to authenticate all claims made by any contractor in its submission
• Failure to provide any information required may lead to instant disqualification
• Expression of interest should not be construed as a commitment on the part of the Agency
• It shall not entitle any contractor to make any claims whatsoever or seek any remedy/ indemnity from the Agency by virtue of such company having responded to the advert
• No contractor should bid for more than one (1) LOT in a section, and not more than a total of 2 (Two) projects overall.
