Competent and Qualified Contractors Needed by the Kaduna State Rehabilitation Board to Tender for the Renovation of Rehabilitation Centres Across the State , and Construction of Classrooms and Solar Powerd Borehole.

The Kaduna State Government, through Kaduna State Rehabilitation Board, herein after called "The Board", is desirous of rehabilitating/upgrading and constructing of Classrooms at some of the Rehabilitation Centres in the State as part of its 2017 Capital Projects. It has caused Bidding Documents, Drawings, where applicable, and Bills of Quantities to be prepared for the works.

Accordingly, in compliance with the Kaduna State Public Procurement Law (PPL), the board is inviting interested, competent and qualified contractors to submit prequalification documents for any of the following projects.

Lot :  Project Description and Non-Refundable Bidding Document Fee in Certified Bank Draft

• Lot1: Renovation of Twin Hostel Block at Rehabilitation Centre Takau- Village, Kafanchan, Jema'a LGA - N50,000.00
• Lot2: Renovation of Dining/ clinic at Rehabilitation Centre Takau- Village, Kafanchan, Jema'a LGA - N50,000.00
• Lot3: Renovation of Principal House and BQ at Rehabilitation Centre Takau -Village, Kafanchan, Jema'a LGA - N50,000.00
• Lot4: Renovation of Block of 3 No. Junior Staff Quarters at the Rehabilitation Centre Takau -Village, Kafanchan, Jema'a LGA - N50,000.00
• Lot5: Renovation of 2No Block Class room and Gate House at Rehabilitation Centre Takau -Village, Kafanchan, Jema'a LGA - N50,000.00
• Lot6: Construction of Block of 2No Classrooms with Office at Rehabilitation Centre, Makera Kakuri, Kaduna South LGA - N50,000.00
• Lot7: Construction of Block of 2No Classrooms with Office at Rehabilitation Centre Takau- Village, Kafanchan, Jema'a LGA - N50,000.00
• Lot8: Construction of Solar Powered Borehole at Rehabilitation Centre Makera,Kaduna South LGA - N50,000.00
• Lot9: Construction of Solar Powered Borehole at Rehabilitation Centre Takau -Village, Kafanchan, Jema'a LGA - N50,000.00
• Lot10: Extention/Rehabilitation of Administration Block at Rehabilitation Centre Takau Village, Kafanchan, Jema'a LGA - N50,000.00

Required Documents For Submission
The following are the requirements/documents to be submitted by the prospective Tenders, which should be arranged in this order:

1. Evidence of Registration with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC)
2. Evidence of Registration with the Public Procurement Agency (Former Tenders Board).
3. Company's Audited Accounts for three (3) years (2014; 2015 and 2016).
4. Tax Clearance Certificate for three years (2014,2015 and 2016)
5. Registration with the Ministry of commerce and industry.
6. VAT registration and Evidence of Remittance.
7. Evidence of compliance with PENCOM
8. Evidence of track records of handling and successful completion/in progress of similar projects accompanied with Award letters, Valuation, Practical completion Certificates, issued by client:
9. Company profile with key Staff with evidence of their Qualifications, professional registration, CV, and experience.
10. Equipment and Technology capacity with evidence of ownership/ lease (where applicable).
11. Verifiable evidence of financial capability and Banking support

All of the above should be in the Profile of the Company and other information that may technically qualify your company the works.

They MUST be arranged in the order above, properly paginated and duly signed, by an authorized representative of the company.

Interested Bidders can obtain the Bidding Documents, presentation of evidence of payment of a non-refundable fee a N50,000.00(Fifty Thousand Naira Only), in favour of the Kaduna State Government, from the office of:

Submission Of Tender Documents.
Submission of completed Pre-qualification/Tenders shall be enclosed in two separate envelopes labeled “Technical" and“Financial" (One original and a copy ) both put in a bigger sealed envelope clearly corner "Tender for .......................... Lot ................. ". Bids Must be submitted not latter than 12:00 Noon local time, on Wednesday, 26^thJuly 2017, addressed to :

Bid Opening
All submission will be opened immediately at the close of the deadline, in the presence of interested representatives of the bidders in the Conference Room of the Kaduna State Public procurement Authority Annex (Former Tenders Board), 10 Yakubu Gowon Way Kaduna.

Only shortlisted firms will be invited for further consideration.
Late submission shall be rejected .
