Contractors/Suppliers Needed at Newcross Exploration and Production Limited

Newcross Exploration and Production Limited (NewcrossEP), Operator of NNPC/Newcross EP Joint Venture in OML-24, located offshore in Rivers states, (referred to in this publication as "Insured”) hereby invites suitable and reputable vendors to apply for the Aviation services for an anticipated contract term of two (2) years with a one year extension. Contract is expected to commence in 2017.

Scope of Work
The Contractors shall provide the following:

• Crew change flight services for Company's personnel between NAF Port Harcourt base, Ekulama and Awoba locations.
• Charter flights.
• Medevac services.
• The services shall be provided on an adhoc basis.

Mandatory Requirements

• To be eligible for this tender exercise, interested bidders are required to be prequalified in 3.08.03 Air Transport Services of Passengers and freight category in the Nipex Joint Qualification System (NJQS) database. All successfully pre-qualified suppliers in this NJQS category by the advert close date will receive Invitation to Technical Tender (ITT) for this service.

• If you are not listed in this product/service category and you are registered with DPR to do business, contact NipeX office at 30, Oyinkan Abayomi Street, Ikoyi, Lagos with your DPR certificate as evidence for verification and necessary update .
• To initiate the JQS pre-qualification process, access www.nipex-ng.com to download an application form, make necessary payments, and contact the NipeX office for further action .
• To be eligible, all tenders must comply with the Nigerian Content requirements in the NipeX system.

Nigerian Content Development Strategy

• Tenderers shall demonstrate that the bidding entity is a NIGERIAN company, Furnish details of company ownership and shareholding structure. Also submit clear photocopies of CAC Forms CO2 and CO7:
• Tenderers shall be registered with Nigerian Airline Operators having an Airline Operators Certificate (AOC) from relevant authority and also provide evidence of operating licence evidence of regulatory, operating/practicing licenses and govt. authorities permits, certification and standard authorities by NCAA during the bidding process.
• Tenderers shall be Nigerian service companies with all personnel and manpower such as pilot, co-pilot, cabin crews etc, of Nigerian origin.
• Tenderer shall demonstrate patronage of local sources for: Catering service, Petroleum product service, Uniform tailoring service, Ticket voucher, printing service, operational vehicle supply and medical service.
• Tenderers shall demonstrate in-country capability, Nigerian Office space, in-country Maintenance Hangers, ownership of Aircrafts
• Tenderers shall provide evidence of registration with NCDMB NOGIC Joint Qualification System.

Close Date
Only tenderers who are registered with NJQS Product/Category for Air Transport Services of Passengers and freight 3.08.03 as at 10th August, 2017 being the advert close date shall be invited to submit Technical Bids.

• Interested Companies must be prequalified for this product/service category in NJQS.
• Full tendering procedure will be provided only to companies that have been successfully prequalified in NJQS.

• Newcross Exploration and Production Limited (NewcrossEP) shall communicate only with the authorized/responsible personnel of prequalified companies and not through unauthorized individuals or agents.
