Kogi state Ministry of Rural Development, Lokoja invites interested registered, qualified and capable contractors, company with relevant experiences to pre-qualify and tender for the electrification project LOT 1.

Provision/installation of 5MVA injection substation and power improvement to Koton Karfe Town and its environs in Kogi LGA.

Bid Requirements

• Interested bidders are required to obtain tender form and submit the following:
• Certificate of Incorporation with Corporate Affairs Commission, C.A.C.
• TAX Clearance Certificate for 3 years (2014, 2015 and 2016).
• Audited Account for3 years (2014, 2015 and 2016).
• TIN Number Slips for Limited Liability Company
• U-TIN Number Certificate for Business Name
• Reference Letter from Capitalize Bank
• Evidence of Registration with Ministry of Rural Development
• Evidence of Registration with Ministry of Works, Housing. Land and Urban Development Evidence of Registration with Bureau of Public Procurement, Lokoja.
• List of Company technical Staff
• Evidence of Similar Job with date, Name of Organization and Certificate of Completion.
• Evidence of Non-Refundable Tender fee of N20,000.00
