Contractors Needed at the Enugu State Housing Development Corporation.

Enugu State Housing Development Corporation intends to embark on Construction of Drains, Culverts, Road Earth Works and Asphalt Roads in its Valley Estate, G.R.A, Enugu.
Interested, reputable contractors who are registered with the Corporation as at 26th July 2017 are hereby invited to pre-qualification and tender for the above projects.

Pre-Qualification and Tender Requirements
Tenders shall be accompanied by the following:

• Evidence of Registration with ESHDC.
• Evidence of Registration with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC).
• Evidence of Registration with Enugu State Ministry of Works and Infrastructure.
• Company profile and brochures.
• Company audited accounts for the past three (3) years.
• Tax Clearance and VAT Certificate for years the past three (3) years.
• Evidence of compliance with Pension Reform Act 2004 as amended.
• Evidence of compliance with Industrial Training Fund Act of 2011.
• Evidence of past performance in similar projects.
• Sworn Affidavit as follows:
  • That all documents submitted for the pre-qualification and tender exercise are not only genuine but current.
  • That none of the Directors of the Company seeking pre-qualification has ever been convicted by a Court of Law.
• Evidence of financial capability (minimum of 3bn turnover in the past 3 years).
• Any other relevant information.

Collection of Tender Documents
Complete set of Bidding Documents shall be collected by interested qualified Companies from the Office of the Director of Works, ESHDC, #21 Kingsway Rd., G.R.A, on submission of non-refundable tender-fee of Fifty Thousand Naira (N50,000.00) only in certified Bank Draft payable to Enugu State Housing Development Corporation between the hours of 9.00 am to 3.00pm Mondays - Fridays; from Wednesday 26th July, 2017.

Submission of Tender Documents
Completed tender should be enveloped and marked "Bid" for Construction of Road Earthwork, Drains and Culverts at Valley Estate on top left corner, and addressed to:

Enugu State.

And submitted on or before 12.00 noon on 9^th August, 2017. The name of the Contractor should be clearly written in Capital Letters at the back of the Envelope. All submissions must be sealed and late bids will be rejected.
