Contractors/Suppliers Needed at the Kaduna State Urban Planning and Development Agency,

The Kaduna State Government through the Kaduna State Urban Planning and Development Agency (KASUPDA) herein after referred to as the "Agency",  has intention to improve efficiency of service delivery by implementing relevant projects in its various departments from its 2017 budget. The procurement  will enhance the Agency's functions of development control in line with the urban reformation plan of the Kaduna State Government.

The Agency wishes to invite interested, qualified, competent and reputable suppliers to submit prequalification and purchase bids for the procurement of Equipment as listed above.

Pre-Qualification Requirement
Bidders are to:

• Provide the company profile which shall include and Must be arranged in this order:
• Registration certificate with CAC;
• Current registration with Kaduna State Public Procurement Authority;
• Auditor's  report for the last three years (2014-2016);
• Current Business premises registration with the Ministry of Commerce;
• Evidence of Tax clearance;
• Evidence of Tax Identification Number(TIN);
• VAT registration;
• List of professional staff with qualifications and registration;
• Previous similar works executed (at least 3Nr. ) with evidence on and/or certificates of payments;
• Any other document that may be necessaryto pre-qualify the bidder;
• Each prequalification document must be paginated and duly signed by an authorized personnel.

Purchase of Bidding Document
Bidders can purchase bid document for Used heavy duty equipment at the cost of a non- refundable fee of N 100,000.00 in favour of the Kaduna State Government between the hours of 8.00 am to 3.30pm, Monday to Fridays, respectively at the office of:

Bid Submission/Closing of Receipt of Pre-Quaufication and Bidding Document
The prequalification (Technical) and Bid document (Financial) shall be submitted in 5 (Five) copies. The original prequalification and bid shall be inserted into a single envelope dully marked at the top right hand side original with lot number and lot description. The copies Four (4) shall be placed in another envelope and be so marked.

Both these envelopes shall be placed in an outer envelope and be so marked, including the address and telephone numbers of the suppliers at the reverse side. The sealed envelopes shall be submitted not later than 11am on Tuesday 8^th August, 2017 at the address below:

Bid Opening
All the pre-Qualification documents shall be opened immediately after the deadline at the Kaduna State public Procurement Office (KADPPA , Annex, former Tender's Board) same office above on th closing date, in the presence of all interested bidders that choose to attend.

Please Note

• Only the Pre-Qualification/Bid documents shall be opened on the close of the submissions.
• The Financial bid documents shall be filled out without exception in INK .
• Late submissions shall be rejected.
• This advertisement shalt not be construed as a commitment on the part of Kaduna State to contract any company nor shall it entitle any firm submitting documents to claim any indemnity .
• Kaduna State Government reserves the right to take final decision on any of the submissions received.
