Contractors/Suppliers Needed at the Federal Government Boy's College Apo, Abuja

The Federal Government Boy's College Apo, Abuja hereby invites interested, competent and qualified contractors to tender for any of the following 2017 capital projects:

Procurement of Goods:
Lot S/N: Project Title

• Lot 1: Purchase of photocopying machines.
• Lot 2 : Procurement of classroom desk and chairs for students.
• Lot 3: Purchase of Gestetner duplicating machine.
• Lot 4: Procurement of office chairs and tables for staff.

Projects:
Lot S/N: Project Title:

• Lot 5: Reticulation of water to all completed buildings at Wuye.
• Lot 6: Construction of Science Laboratories (Storey Building) at Wuye.
• Lot 7: Renovation and Furnishing of Clinic at Wuye.
• Lot 8: Construction oft storey hostel block for 1000 students at Wuye.
• Lot 9: Construction and furnishing of staff room.

Tendering shall be conducted through the National competitive bidding specified in the Procurement Act 2007 and is open to all interested contractors.

Eligibility Requirements
Prospective bidders are required to submit the following documents:

• Verifiable evidence of registration with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC);
• Verifiable Tax clearance certificate for the last three years 2014, 2015, 2016;
• Verifiable current pension compliance; clearance certificate (2017) front pension commission (PENCOM);
• Verification current Industrial Training Fund (ITF);
• a Verifiable evidence of registration with the Bureau of Public Procurement (BPP): Federal Contractors, Consultants and suppliers Database;
• Verifiable evidence of financial support front a reputable bank;
• Company profile and verifiable evidence of Technical Qualification of key personnel including registration with relevant professional bodies;
• Letter of award and job completion certificates of verifiable previous experience in at least three (similar job(s) in the last five (5) years;
• Verifiable evidence of construction equipment with proof of ownership or lease agreement;
• Verifiable current certificate of registration with Financial Reporting Council of Nigeria;
• Verifiable evidence of payment of non-refundable tender fee of N20.000.00.

NB: The shove listed requirements shall form part of the bids evaluation criteria and non-compliance with any of the slated conditions shall result in automatic disqualification of the bidder.

Tender documents are obtainable from the office; of the Principal Federal Government Boys College Apo,Abuja as from Tuesday 25th July 2017 upon presentation of TSA payment lFO Federal Government Boys; College, Garki Abuja (non-refundable tender fee) of Twenty Thousand Naira (20,000.00) only per LOT.

Bid Closing/Opening
Submission of tender closes on Tuesday 5^th September, 2017 at 12 noon. Bids will be publicly opened thereafter same day as Federal Government Boys College , Apo, Abuja.

Submission of Tenders
All duly completed tender must be submitted in the following prescribed manners:

• The Tender Qualification/Requirements/Company's profile mandatorily filled in ink will be sealed in an envelope and boldly marked "Technical Requirements for LOT (being applied for) at the topmost right-hand corner of the envelope with the name and phone number of the company boldly written at the back of the envelope.
• The priced bills of Quantities will be in another envelope and boldly marked "Financial" for LOT (being applied for).
• The two (2) envelopes in(a) and (b) are nested in a single large envelope and marked LOT No ... and addressed to:
