Contractors/Suppliers Needed at the Nigerian Institute for Oil Palm Research

In compliance with the due process requirement for certification of standard procedure for procurement of goods and services. The Nigerian Institute for Oil Palm Research (NIFOR), a parastatal under the Federal Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development is desirous to undertake a pre-qualification exercise for its approved capital project for year 2017. The Institute invites competent and interested contractors to indicate interest to pre-qualify to tender for this job.

Scope of Work
Lot A: Construction and rehabilitation of main access and estate roads in the institute.
Lot B: Completion/rehabilitation of building in the main station and outstations.
Lot C: Reticulation of water supply network in the main station.
Lot D: Procurement of Research and office equipment, consumables and glassware.

Pre-Qualification Requirements
Only contractors that have proven capability, relevant experience and good track record will be considered for this competitive tender. Such interested bidders are required to provide the following:

• Evidence of Incorporation or Registration of Business name with Corporate Affairs Commission:
• CurrentTax Clearance Certificate forthe last 3 years;
• Verifiable Evidence of Similar job(s) executed and Knowledge of the Industry;
• Company Profile and Evidence of Technical Qualifications /Administrative Staff strength with academic/professional qualification anctexperience of key personnel;
• Evidence of Financial capability and banking support;
• Company audited accounts for 3 years;
• Indicate Registered Premises of Your Company;
• Annual Turnover;
• VAT Registration and Evidence of Past VAT Remittances;
• Evidence of Registration with ITF (Industrial Training Fund);
• Electronic Version,  in addition to Hard Bound Copy in Booklet Form, of above Submissions;
• Evidence of equipment and technology capacity;
• Sworn Affidavit in a High Court stating that all above submissions are authentic.

Submission of Pre-Qualification Documents
Duly completed pre-qualification package should be sent in separate and sealed envelopes marked per lot and hand-delivered by 12noon not later than 11^th August, 2017 to the address below. The date for opening of the pre-qualiflcation documents is 15^th August, 2017.
