Contractors Needed at the Mantle University of Science & Technology (MUST), Ngor Okpala, Imo State.

The Planning and Implementation Committee of Mantle University of Science & Technology (MUST) hereby invites reputable and competent contractors to submit tenders for the under listed projects.

Projects:

• Lot 1: Proposed construction of Main gate house.
• Lot 2: Proposed construction of Perimeter fence.
• Lot 3: Proposed construction of Hostel blocks.
• Lot 4: Proposed construction of Access roads.
• Lot 5: Proposed construction of Faculty buildings.
• Lot 6: Proposed construction of Admin block.

Scope of Services
The scope of services is as detailed in the Standard Bidding Document to be issued to bidders.

Requirement
Interested companies should submit bound bid documents duly signed, paginated, separated by dividers and arranged in the order outlined hereunder:

Tender Requirement (Hard Copies)

• Evidence of Certificate of Incorporation with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) including Forms C02 and C07
• Bids must be in English Language and signed by an official authorized by the bidder
• Evidence of Three 3 similar projects executed in the past including letters of awards, completion certificates etc.
• Company profile to include names, qualifications and experience of key personnel.
• Letter of Support/Comfort/Reference from bankers.
• Tax Clearance Certificate
• Evidence of non-refundable Tenders Fee paid into designated bank.
• All relevant information concerning contact, telephone numbers (preferably GSM Nos.) and e-mail address of firm’s representative.

Note
Failure to comply with items 1-8 above will lead to disqualification of the bid.

Submission of Tender Documents
Prospective bidders are to submit bid for each of the LOT desired, two (2) hard copies each of "Technical and Financial bids" should be packaged" Separately in Sealed Envelopes" and clearly marked as "Technical Bid" or "Financial Bid" Furthermore, the reverse side of each sealed envelope should have the names and addresses of the bidders and there after put the two sealed envelopes together in a bigger envelope addressed to "The Secretary to the Tender Board, Mantle University of Science & Technology" and clearly marked "Invitation to Tender for the (Title Description as Appropriate to Specific Project Being Advertised)" specifying public notice No. 0010 and the Lot No. desired and submit to:

(After Jonny Supermarket building),
Owerri, Imo State.

Not later than 11.00am as stipulated hereunder, Where a bidder decides to bid for two (2) lots, submission on each should be made separately. Please ensure that you sign the bid submission register with Ezinne Okpara in the Liaison office, on 1st floor of 120 Ikenegbu Layout ( After Jonny Supermarket Building ) Owerri, Imo State as the Authority will not be held liable for misplaced and would not be entertained. All cost incurred as a result of this invitation and any subsequent request for information shall be borne by the bidding companies Only short -listed companies will be contacted.

Collection of Tender Documents
Interested companies are to collect the Standard Bidding Documents from the University's Liaison Office at 120, lkeuegbu Layout (After Jonny Supermarket building) on provision of evidence of payment of non-refundable fee of N50,000.00 (Fifty Thousand Naira) only for each LOT desired into any of the following accounts;
