Material Management Resources, Inc. (MMR)/QuadDynamics Nigeria Ltd acting jointly on behalf of a reputable oil and gas company in Nigeria plans to sell a used aircraft - Dehavilland DHC6300, Twin Otter, with serial number 552, together with associated spare parts. The aircraft is currently parked at an Aviation Hanger in Nigeria, and interested buyers will be invited officially for detailed physical inspection, and to review technical and other relevant details.

Mandatory Requirements

• To be eligible to participate in this exercise, interested buyers are required to electronically submit Letter of Intent (LOl) to: twin.otter@materialmg .com
• The email MUST be clearly titled "Letter of Intent, Twin Otter, MMR/2017/01."
• The LOI which MUST be on the official letterhead of the prospective buyer should clearly state the intention to participate in bidding for the used aircraft, Dehavilland DHC6300, SIN 552.
• Names and designation of members of the Board of Directors should be clearly stated on the LOl.
• The Audited Balance Sheet for the immediate past three (3) years will be required with the LOI.

Screening
Only prospective buyers that pass Company screening exercise will progress to the next phase.

Closing Date
Receipt of LOl will close at exactly 1600hrs on the Twenty-Second (22) of August 2017.
