Invitation for Pre-Qualification/Invitation to Tender at the Ministry of Works and Transport, Dutse

Jigawa State Government through the Ministry of Works and Transport wishes to invite reputable companies to tender for the supply of Diesel (AGO) to all its seventy five (75) generating sets for streetlight installations across the state.

Scope of Work

• Supply of Diesel (AGO) (27 lots).

Mandatory Requirements

• Certificate of Incorporation/Business name registration.
• Certificate of true copy of memorandum and article of association.
• Tax clearance for the last three years.
• Registration with state works registration board in relevant category.
• Company audited account for the last one year.
• Evidence of financial capability and banking support.
• Company profile, organogram and resume of key technical staff including of individual attestation of availability of similar project.
• Verifiable evidence of similar projects previously undertaken within the past three years.
• Description and list of relevant supplies undertaken.
• Annual turnover of not less than N10.0m.
• VAT registration and evidence of past remittance.
• Only indigene of the concern local government will be considered.

Collection and Submission of Tender Document and Company Profile
Interested bidders are to collect the documents from the office of the secretary Ministerial Tenders Board, Jigawa State Ministry of Works and Transport after payment of non-refundable tender fee of ten thousand naira (N10,000.00) only Completed document and company profile are to be submitted on sealed envelope addressed to:

Bid opening will be performed on Tuesday 15th August, 2017 by 12.00 noon at the Conference Hall, Ministry of Works and Transport State secretariat, Dutse.
