Further to our adverts in the Vanguard Newspaper and Federal Tenders Journal of Thursday August 16, 2012 and Monday August 20, 2012 respectively, we wish  to formally clarify that the list of pre-qualification requirement should include:
EVIDENCE OF COMPLIANCE WITH SECTION 6(1) — (3) OF THE INDUSTRIAL TRAINING FUND AMENDMENT ACT NO 19 RELATING TO TRAINING CONTRIBUTIONS BY LIABLE ORGANISATIONS.

Please note that:
THE OPENING OF PRE-QUALIFICATION DOCUMENTS SHALL BE TWO WEEKS FROM THE DATE OF THIS ADVERT I.E SEPTEMBER 11, 2012 AT NOON IN THE CONFERENCE ROOM 5TH FLOOR, NAN HOUSE, CENTRAL BUSINESS DISTRICT, ABUJA.
