Deutsche Gesellschaft for Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) invites interested dealers to indicate interest by submitting Expression of Interest for the procurement of IT equipment with the following but not limited specifications:

The Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit GmbH, often shortened to simply GIZ, is a German development agency headquartered in Bonn and Eschborn that provides services in the field of international development cooperation and international education work.

Preamble
The Deutsche Gesellschaft for lnternationale Zusammenarbelt (GIZ) GmbH; GIZ Programme is to Build and Strengthen the Police Structures in Africa Country Component Nigeria, financed by Federal Foreign Office of Germany, would like to procure IT equipment with the following but not limited specifications:

18 All-in-one Desktop
16 Laptop Core i5 8GB RAM
6 Laptop Core i5 16GB RAM
38 Microsoft Office (perpetual license)
4 All in one laser printer
8 sets Printer cartridge for LaserJet
6 All in one inkjet printer
12 sets Printer ink for inkjet
18 UPS
4 sets Data and voice cable crimping set
4 sets LAN Tester 3-in-one
2 Scanner

Accordingly, GIZ invites interested dealers to furnish GIZ Nigeria Country Office with the following:

An official letter expressing interest
Comprehensive company profile
Evidence of registration with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) and Memorandum of Association clearly indicating business area in Information Technology equipment
Evidence of being certified dealers and for adequate and reliable certificates including certificate of origin
Evidence of experience with previous similar jobs. Only third party evidence will be considered, not list of similar jobs.
