The State House Presidential Villa, Abuja intends to carry out the Procurement of Goods, Works and Services under the 2021 Budget Appropriation.

- Construction of Presidential Wing at the State House Medical Center
- Construction/Provision of Office/Residential buildings
- Rehabilitation/Repairs of Office/Residential Buildings
Category C: Services
- Provision of Electronic Document Management System (EDMS)
- Digital Medical Referencing.
Eligibility Requirements
- Verifiable Evidence of Certificate of Registration with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) including Form CAC2 and Form CAC7;
- Evidence of Current Tax Clearance Certificate for the last three years (2018, 2019 and 2020), valid till 31st December, 2021.
- Evidence of Pension Clearance Certificate valid till 31st December, 2021 (applicable where number of staff is at least 15);
- Evidence of Industrial Training Fund (ITF) Compliance Certificate valid till 31st December. 2021 (applicable where number of staff is at least 5 or at least N50m turnover);
- Evidence of current Nigeria Social Insurance Trust Fund (NSITF) Clearance Certificate valid till 31st December, 2021;
- Evidence of Registration on the National Database of Federal Contractors, Consultants and Service Providers by submission of lnterim Registration Report (IRR) expiring on 31/12/2021 or valid Certificate issued by BPP;
- Sworn Affidavit disclosing whether or not any officer of the relevant committees of the State House or the Bureau of Public Procurement is a former or present Director, shareholder or has any pecuniary interest in the bidder and to confirm that all information presented in its bid are true and correct in all particulars;
- Company’s Audited Accounts for the last three years (2018, 2019 & 2020)
- Evidence of financial capability to execute the project including Reference letter from a reputable commercial Bank indicating willingness to provide credit facility for the execution of the project when needed;
- Company Profile with the Curriculum Vitae of Key Staff to be deployed for the project; including copies of their Academic/Professional Qualifications (In case of construction: (COREN, QSRBN,ARCON, CORBON etc; as applicable)
- Verifiable Documentary evidence of at least three (3) similar jobs executed in the last five (5) years including Letters of Award, Valuation Certificates and Job Completion Certificates of the projects;
- List of Plants/Equipment with proof of ownership/Lease (where applicable);
- For Joint Venture/Partnership, Memorandum of Understanding (M0U) should be provided (CAC, Tax Clearance Certificate, Pension Clearance Certificate, ITF Compliance Certificate, NSITF Clearance Certificate, IRR & Sworn Affidavit are compulsory for each JV partner);
- All document for submission must be transmitted with covering/forwarding letter under the company/firm’s letter headed paper bearing amongst others, the Registration Number (RC) as issued by the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC), contact Address, Telephone number (preferably GSM No.) and E-mail address. The letter headed papers must bear the names and nationalities of the directors of the companies at the bottom of the page duly signed by the authorized officer of the firm.

- All CAC, PENCOM, and Tax Clearance Certificate may be referred to the Security Agencies, Corporate Affairs Commission, Federal Inland Revenue Service (FIRS), National Pension Commission and other relevant bodies for verification;
- The State House reserves the right to reject any or all the submissions that do not meet the requirements as specified;
- The State House may cancel the procurement's at any time in line with provision of Section 28 of the Public Procurement Act, 2007.
- The evaluation of the received documents shall be strictly based on the requirements as specified above
