Jhpiego Nigeria invites pre-qualified vendors,reputable and interested hotel, conference / event services,car providers to indicate interest by submitting tender for the following:

Jhpiego Corporation, an affiliate of John Hopkins University, is an international non profit, non-governmental organization that works to improve the health of women and families throughout the world.

Applications are invited for:

Title: Request for Proposal (RFP) for Hotel, Car Hire and Catering Services

Preamble
Jhpiego Nigeria and its project sites seeks hospitality service relationship with its pre-qualified vendors and any other reputable and interested hotel and conference/event services, car hire providers in:

Taraba
Lagos
Kebbi
Kaduna
Ogun
Benue
Oyo
Sokoto
Kano
Ebonyi
FCT (Abuja)
Abia States

Vendors should provide most competitive fixed rates for their services that will be valid for the next 12 months from date of submission. Vendors are encouraged to read the entire document to ensure that they have a clear understanding of Jhpiego requirements before submitting a bid,

Description of Services

Hotel Services:

Room rates (Bed and breakfast only)
Standard Tea break
Buffet Lunch
Plated Lunch/Meal
Packed lunch
Meeting/Conference hall rate (Please quote for different hall capacities)
Service charge (Please indicate clearly what this percentage covers)
List all other amenities as regards the hotel and facilities available for staff use.

Catering Service:

Packed lunch
Buffet
Tea Break

Car Hire Services

Provision of Car Hire Services for Jhpiego Nigeria Offices inclusive of all LGAs using the state capital as take off point. Quotations should include:

Airport drop off and pickup
Hourly rates (Pick up and drop off inclusive)
Rate from state capital to each LGA within the state
Full day rates
Inter-state rates (To all state capital in Nigeria)

Car hire vendors with physical office location in the states stated above are strongly encouraged to express interest.

Eligibility

All applicants should provide the following if you have NOT provided these before

Certificate of registration/incorporation, memorandum and articles of association and valid Tax Identification Number (TIN).
Vendor must be a licensed/authorized vendor for services to be rendered (please provide supporting documentation).
Company profile (briefly reflecting the core competencies, key management personnel and clearly stating the physical verifiable office address, mobile number and e-mail address).
Minimum of three (3) reputable references active within the last three years’ form clients/organizations
Note that applicable government taxes will be deducted prior to making payments for services provided.
