Achieving Health Nigeria Initiative (AHNI) is a Nigerian nonprofit organization established in 2009 to provide high-quality health and development research and services through technical assistance to the Government of Nigeria and other stakeholders in the public health sector.

With funding from the Global Fund, Family Health International (FH1360) is collaborating with Achieving Health Nigeria Initiative (AHNi) to support the government of Nigeria to enhance sustained cross-sectional integration of HIV/AIDS services by building Nigeria’s capacity to deliver sustainable high quality, comprehensive, prevention, treatment, care, and related services in Nigeria.

Evidence of legal registration document of the company (CAC, FORM C07 and FORM C02)
Latest Tax clearance Certificate
Evidence of Financial Capability (most recent audited account)
Bank Reference Letter duly signed and addressed to ANHI Procurement Committee
Evidence of NAFDAC Product License(s) for the Product(s) of interest
Evidence of SON Quality Management System ISO Certification
Certificate of Product (s) Analysis for the Product(s) of interest
Evidence of experience in award(s) of similar scope and complexity within the last 3 years. Bidders must provide copy(ies) of Job Orders or Contract of Supply and or proof of delivery(ies)
Submission of Physical/Sample(s) of quoted product(s) of interest is a MUST
Financial Quotation and required Commercial Terms

Evaluation and Selection Criteria

Proposal will be evaluated as follows:

Submission of Documents
Technical Documentation (Criteria 1-9), Physical Sample of Product (s) quoted (Criteria 10) and Financial including commercial terms (Criteria 11) 'MUST' be submitted in 3 separate envelopes, signed by an authorized representative fo those that require same, properly labeled with your company name and address on one side of the envelope as well as its content on the other side of the envelope.(E.g, Envelope 1-Technical Document, Envelope 2-Physical Sample, Envelope 3-Financial Quotation). You are expected to submit these three (3) envelopes at the same time to:
