Jhpiego Corporation, an affiliate of John Hopkins University, is an international non-profit, non-governmental organization that works to improve the health of women and families throughout the world.

Jhpiego Corporation is seeking for reputable Mobile app developer for service as listed below. Vendors are encouraged to read the entire document to ensure that they have a clear understanding of Jhpiego requirements before submitting a bid.

Rise Integrated Mobile Application

The mobile application will be an interactive system that provides patients access to healthcare and health facilities closest to their location. Clients who receive care in health facilities supported by RISE will have the opportunity to access care in any other facility or state where RISE supports through services offered by the mobile app.

Roving patients will access care on transit for the reason that it is important to implement a virtual care and support service routine HIV treatment and support services such as identification/service linkages, improved drop-in center activities, HIV test centers, and virtual HIV outreach services.

This will ensure the tactical approach to effective targeted treatment services while ensuring the security and safety of clients. This approach Is aimed at ensuring there is a continuation in the provision of HIV prevention, testing, and treatment services across facilities.

Interoperable with other web applications
Download and submit data to the electronic medical record system
Run online/offline mode, administrative web dashboard visualization

Android/lOS app

User-friendly interface
SMS notification enable
Scalable design, etc.

Additional Service (GBV) Component

In a bid to increase efforts to reduce and combat GBV in HIV programming, the RISE App provides an innovative avenue to. reach GBV survivors for support and referrals by improving and expanding the healthcare service models efficiently irrespective of location, using the bot system.

The app should enable the following GBV services:

GBV case reporting (self-reporting or third-party reporting)
Request consent
List post-GBV clinical and non-clinical Services
Link a survivor to the closest and convenient Service Delivery Point (SDP)

Quotation Should Include the Following for Both Categories of Equipment

The quotation should be enclosed in plain sealed envelope, with the item being quoted for written boldly on the right-hand side of the envelop.

Proof or license to offer required services as given by the responsible regulatory body (if applicable).
Lead-time for Supply
Quote validity of as least 60 days.
Payment terms if different (preferably Net 30 days).

Contract Duration

At the successful delivery of all items as on the approved Purchase Order.

Eligibility Requirements

All applicants should provide the following;

Certificate of registration/incorporation, memorandum and articles of association and valid Tax Identification Number (TIN).
Vendor must be a licensed/authorized vendor for services to be rendered (please provide supporting documentation).
Company profile (briefly reflecting the core competencies, key management personnel and clearly stating the physical verifiable office address, mobile number and e-mail address).
Proof or license to offer required services as given by the appropriate regulatory body (if applicable).
Minimum of three (3) reputable references active within the last three years form clients/organizations
Note: That applicable government taxes will be deducted prior to making payments for items supplied.
