The United States Embassy, Abuja invites qualified and reputable contractors to submit request for proposal document for the following works:

The U.S. Mission to Nigeria comprises of the Embassy in Abuja, FCT, and the Consulate General in Lagos.

Applications are invited for:

Title: Request for Proposal for Construction Services

Preamble

The United States Embassy, Abuja invites you to submit a proposal for construction services for replacing the roofs on the Utility Building #2 (UB2) at the U.S Embassy, Abuja as per attached Request for Proposal (RFP).

Scope of work
The RFP includes the following:

Standard Form (SF 1442)
Request for Proposal (RFP)/Solicitation Documents
Statement of Work (SOW)/Specification
Drawings
Price Breakdown by Division/Price Summary Excel Sheet

The Embassy intends to conduct a site visit for this requirement on Monday, July 19, 2021 at 10am, (Local Time), at:

The U. S. Embassy,

Plot 1075 Diplomatic Drive,

Central Business District,

Abuja.

And all prospective offerors are invited to attend, and should please send the name/s of their representative/s (no more than two per company) by email to: Abujaprocurement@state.gov no later than July 15, 2021 [WAT].

Application Closing Date

26th July, 2021.

Submission of Document

For your proposal to be considered, you must complete and submit all the documents as required in section J of the solicitation. Your proposal must be submitted by email to the Contracting Officer at: AbujaProcBids@State.gov with the following Subject Line "Solicitation #PR9998073 – UB2 Roof Replacement", on or before the closing date stated above.

No proposal will be accepted after this time.

The Embassy intends to award a contract or purchase order to the responsible company submitting an acceptable offer at the lowest price. We intend to award a contract based on initial proposal, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so.
