Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS). Established on May 28th 1975 via the treaty of Lagos, ECOWAS is a 15-member regional group with a mandate of promoting economic integration in all fields of activity of the constituting countries.

Considered one of the pillars of the African Economic Community, ECOWAS was set up to foster the ideal of collective self-sufficiency for its member states. As a trading union, it is also meant to create a single, large trading bloc through economic cooperation.

Preamble

The ECOWAS Commission, within the framework of the execution of its 2021 budget intends to carry out the Cleaning Services in The ECOWAS Commission Headquarters Building and Annex Offices in Abuja.

The ECOWAS Commission now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the implementation in one

Submission of Document

Bids should be delivered in a sealed envelope and deposited in the ECOWAS Tender Box located in the Procurement Division Office (Rm 105) at the address stated above and clearly marked "TENDER FOR THE CLEANING SERVICES IN THE ECOWAS COMMISSION HEADQUARTERS BUILDING AND ANNEX OFFICES IN ABUJA". Do Not ODen. Except in Presence of the Evaluation Committee, and must be accompanied by a bid guarantee (bank guarantee or insurance bond) of: Three Hundred Thousand Naira only (N300,000.00) The validity of the Bid Security shall be at least Twenty-eight days beyond the bid validity period.
