Invitation to Bid for the Procurement of Amphibious Excavator and Carrier Low Bed at the Ogun Nigeria Erosion and Watershed Management Project (OGUNNEWMAP)

NEWMAP creatively emerged as a solution to the Country’s inadequate and fragmented response to States and local governments overwhelming complex gully erosion problem, to reduce the vulnerability that threatened infrastructure and livelihoods in the identified watershed.

Preamble
The Federal Government of Nigeria has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Nigeria Erosion and Watershed Management Project, and intends to apply part of its counterpart fund proceeds toward payments under the contract for PROCUREMENT OF AMPHIBIOUS EXCAVATOR (AKA SWAMP BUGGY) and CARRIER LOW BED TRUCK

The OGUNNEWMAP now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders to tender Bids within the period of Forty-Six (46) days from the day of specific procurement notice.

The bidding document in English may be purchased by interested Bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address above and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Twenty-Five Thousand Naira (N25,000.00) Only.

The method of payment will be by direct deposit to the account name OGUNNEWMAP-A F Account No :0076579414 Sterling Bank. Bid documents will be given out  upon confirmation of receipt of payment for the bidding document.
