Title: Request for Expression of Interest for the Development of an ERP System

Preamble

Heartland Alliance LTD/GTE is seeking the services of a qualified organization for the deployment of an ERP system for its operations currently implemented in 3 states:

Lagos
Cross River
Akwa-ibom

Eligibility Requirements

Interested vendors should indicate interest by submitting an Expression of Interest in addition to the following:

Evidence of company incorporation with GAC (Certificate of Incorporation, Form (CAC 3 & CAC 7A).
Evidence of payment of taxes/Tax identification number.
Evidence of previous experience in the deployment of an ERP system, including recommendation letter from 3 reputable organizations, which one must be from a non-governmental organization (NGO).
