Street Child Nigeria invite interested, experienced and reputable contractors / firms to indicate interest by submitting quotations for the following works:

Since 2008 we have helped over 338,000 children to go to school and learn and supported over 29,000 families to set up businesses so they can afford the cost of educating their children.

Points to Remember

The rates of the items should be submitted in the above given format
Prices/Rates against the items should be quoted inclusive of VAT
Prices should be quoted for each item
Prices quoted must be submitted overwriting and correction. In case of corrections/typos or overwriting rates written on the second copy will be considered valid. In case where both copies have correction or overwriting, the stated bid will be deemed invalid
Street Child of Nigeria will not be bound to accept te lowest quotation and rates. Contract can be placed on any other supplier whose samples/items are found superior or as per the requirements of Street Child Nigeria
The decision of the Tender Committee shall be final on selections
Street Child of Nigeria can consider and select more than one Contractor for each site selection
Selected vendor should have verifiable evidence of having Renovation and Rehabilitation of TLS' and similar work related activity/construction with at least INGOs and/or government partners
Vendors domiciled with BAY (Borno, Adamawa and Yobe States, especially Borno are highly encouraged to apply

12 midnight Tuesday, 3rd August 2021.

All completed tender packages should be sealed and packed in an envelope, sent and addressed to:

Non-Negotiable rates shall be rejected straight away without any consideration
Non-Transferability: This tender is non-transferable
Terms and conditions: The bidding firm should comply with the terms and conditions set out in this bid document. In case of bids not complying with such terms and conditions, shall be ignored/rejected at the discretion of Street Child Nigeria
