Preamble

Heartland Alliance LTD/GTE is seeking the services of a qualified organization for the deployment of a Call Center Solution for its operations currently implemented in 3 states:

Lagos
Cross River
Akwa-Ibom.

Eligibility Requirements

Interested vendors should indicate interest by submitting an Expression of Interest in addition to the following;

Evidence of company incorporation with CAC (Certificate of incorporation, Form CAC 3 & CAC 7A).
Evidence of payment of taxes/Tax identification number.
Evidence of previous experience in the deployment of the Call Center Solution, including recommendation letter from 3 reputable organizations.
