Eligibility Requirements
In order to be considered, note the following:
- Bidders are required to show evidence of being an authorized dealer of the vehicle manufacturer
- Bidders are expected to be registered as Federal Government Contractors, in the appropriate categories with the Bureau of Public Procurement (BPP) visit https://federalcontractors.bpp.gov.ng
- As part of their submission, bidders are expected to attach the following documents:
- Interim Registration Report from the Bureau of Public Procurement (for the current year 2021)
- Certificate of Registration of Business Name from Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC)
- Current Tax Clearance Certificate
- Value Added Tax (VAT) registration and evidence of remittance
- Pension Clearance Certificate (for the current year 2021)
- Certificate of Registration for National Social Insurance Trust Fund (for the current year 2021)
- Certificate of Compliance from Industrial Training Fund (for the current year 2021)

6th September, 2021.
Submission of Bids
The completed bid should be enclosed in a sealed envelope, marked "SUPPLY OF TOYOTA FORTUNER" at the top left hand corner of the bid envelope, and Bidding Company’s Name indicated on the reverse side. The outer envelope should contain two sealed envelopes with the quotations, one marked “Original” and the other marked "Copy", and addressed to:

Ijanikin, Lagos.
The completed bid should be registered in the College Registrar’s Office and submitted in the Tenders’ Box (in the Office of the College Registrar), National Postgraduate Medical College of Nigeria, Ijanikin. Lagos between 8:00am - 4.00pm on working days before the stated closing date
Other Information
- Bid Validity: Quotations shall remain valid for 60 days
- Taxes: The total contract sum will attract the deduction of 7.5% VAT, 5% Withholding Tax, and 1% Stamp Duty.
- Tenderers must also have Tax Identification Number (TIN) with the Federal Inland Revenue Service (FIRS).
Note: Only bids received from eligible / registered contractors, submitted into the Tender's Box as stated above, shall be considered.
