Title: Invitation for Expression of Interest

Preamble

The Ministry of Water Resources is proposing to appoint a Consultant for the management of its Borehole Drilling Machine, Drilling of Boreholes and Rehabilitation of existing Boreholes.

Scope of Service

The works includes:

Management of Borehole Drilling Machine
Drilling of Boreholes and
Rehabilitation of existing Boreholes.

Eligibility Requirements

Interested and competent Companies/Firms wishing to submit Expression of Interest are requested to submit their company profiles which shall include the following:

Evidence of Certificate of Incorporation issued by Corporate affairs Commission (CAC).
Evidence of Company Incomes Tax Clearance for the last three 3) years (2018,2019 and 2020).
Evidence of current Pension Compliance certificate vatd till 31st December,2020.
Evidence of current Industrial Training Fund (lIT) compliance certificate valid till 31 December 2020,
Evidence of current Nigeria Social insurance Trust Fund (NSITF) compliance certificate valid December, 2020.
Evidence of Registration, with Kwara State Public Procurement Agency.
Company Audited Accounts for the last three (3) years (2018,2019 and 2020).
Evidence of financial capability to execute the project by submission of reference letter from a reputable commercial Bank in Nigeria.
Company’s profile with curriculum Vitae of key staff including their Academic and professional qualifications. -
Verifiable documentary evidence of at least three (3) similar jobs executed in the last five (5) years including Letters of Awards, Valuation Certificate, Job Completion Certificates, etc.

Opening of EOI

The EOl documents will be opened immediately after the deadline for submission at 12:00 Noon of 22nd September, 2021 in the conference room of the Ministry. Please note that the Ministry of Water Resources will not beheld liable for misplaced or wrongly submitted EOI documents.

Application Closing Date

12noon, 22nd September, 2021.

Submission of EOI

Interested Firms/Companies are to submit two (2) bound of Expression of Interest (EOl) documents. The document should be submitted in sealed envelope and address to:

P.M.B, Ilorin,
Kwara State.

And clearly marked with (the name of the project).

Furthermore, the reverse of each sealed envelope should bear the name and address of the Firm/Company and dropped in the designated Tender Box located at:

General Information

EOl must be in English Language and signed by an official authorized by the Companies/Firms;
EOl submitted after the deadline for submission would be returned un-opened:
All costs will be bome by the Companies/Firms;
Bidders can submit through Post (Courier Services);
Only shortlisted Firms will be contacted at a later date for collection of Tender Documents:
The Kwara State Ministry of Water Resources is not bound to accept any bidder and reserves the right to annul the Procurement Process at any time without incurring liabilities in accordance with section 38 of the Kwara State Public Procurement Law, 2018, as amended.
