Anambra State Housing Development Corporation (ASHDC) invites eligible and registered real estate firms to submit EOI documents to tender for the following projects:




Anambra State Housing Development Corporation (ASHDC) - We ventured into Real Estate by the mandate of Anambra State Government to providing affordable and decent homes for the Anambrarians and residents of the state.

Title: Expression of Interest

Preamble
Anambra State Housing Development Corporation intends to embark on the provision of utilities at Green Valley Estate in Awka Capital Territory on PPP basis (Build and Operate).

Scope of Work
  • Provision of captive power solution from competent power service providers for Green Valley Housing Estate Awka Capital Territory On PPP Basis (Build and Operate). Proposals shall include the following:
    • Proposed solutions which may be hybrid.
    • Feasibility/Viability analysis outlining revenue inflow, etc.
  • Development of water reticulation system at Green Valley Estate, Awka Capital Territory on PPP basis (Build and Operate)
Pre-Qualification Requirements
Bids shall be accompanied with the following:




  • Evidence of Registration with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC)
  • Evidence of Registration with Anambra State Housing Development Corporation in category A.
  • Company Profile and Brochures.
  • Company Audited Accounts for the past 3 years (2018, 2019, 2020).
  • Tax Clearance and VAT Certificate for the past 3 years (2018, 2019, 2020).
  • Evidence of compliance with Pension Reform Act 2004 as amended.
  • Evidence of past performance in similar projects.
  • Sworn Affidavit as follows:
    • That all documents submitted for the pre-qualification exercise is not only genuine but correct.
    • That none of the Directors of the company seeking pre-qualification has been convicted by a Court of Law.
  • Evidence of Financial Capability represented by a Bank Reference from a reputable Commercial Bank indicating willingness to offer necessary credit facility should the job be awarded to the company.
  • Execution Methodology including Work Program with Timelines.
  • List of Equipment with Proof of Ownership
  • Any other relevant information.
Collection of Bid Documents
Bid Documents can be collected from the Office of the Managing Director/CEO, Anambra State Housing Development Corporation (Near ABS) along Enugu Onitsha Expressway, Awka Capital Territory, on submission of non-refundable Bid Fee of N20,000 (Twenty Thousand Naira) only per project, through remita payable to Anambra State Housing Development Corporation Collection time shall be between 9.00am and 3.00pm from Thursday 12th, August 2021.

Opening of Bids and Pre-Qualification Documents
Time: 12 Noon
Date: Thursday, 26th August, 2021
Venue: Board Room of ASHDC

Application Closing Date
12:00 noon Thursday, 26th August, 2021.





Submission of Bids
Completed bids (Technical and Financial) prepared in English Language and signed by the official authorized by the Bidders should be packaged in separate envelopes and marked "Technical Bid or Financial Bid" with the project name clearly written on the envelopes, and the Bidder clearly written on the reverse side of the envelopes.

The two Envelopes containing the Technical and Financial Bids should thereafter be packaged in a Third Envelop, marked, sealed with wax and addressed to the:
Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer, 
Anambra State Housing Development Corporation, 
Awka-Anambra State.

Important Information
  • Anambra State Housing Development Corporation (ASHDC) reserves the right to verify bidders' submissions. Therefore by submitting a bid, the Bidder accedes to the requirement.
  • Only bidding firms who are registered with the Corporation shall be eligible to participate
  • Anambra State Housing Development Corporation (ASHDC) reserves the right to prequalify Bidders and is under no obligation to accept any bid as a result of
  • participation in this bid exercise.
  • Only Bidders who passed the Technical Bid shall qualify for Financial Bid opening.
  • Late Bids shall be rejected.
