Eligibility Requirements

For a valid quote, please note the following:

Include complete specifications, samples/pictures (where applicable), return policy and total shipment weight along with your quotes.
Vendor must state BOLDLY if offering alternatives.
Vendors must state delivery terms (How long it will take to deliver).

Application Closing Date

21st August, 2021.

Submission of Documents

All responses and quotes on this RFQ MUST be a direct reply to this email, and have the same subject line copying: Abujaprocurement@state.gov

Note

Samples must be approved before the final production.
You are invited to submit a quotation. You are also to provide shipping cost to North Brunswick NJ, as well as the door-to-door (direct shipment charge) using DHL, FedEx, UPS etc. to U.S. Embassy Abuja, Nigeria
The preferred shipping location is U.S. Embassy Compound Abuja, Nigeria
The evaluation criteria for this requirement will include price, technical acceptability and past performance.
Payment term is Net 30. Unsuccessful offerors may not be contacted
