The Embassy of the United States of America in Nigeria invites reputable and skilled vendors to submit requests for quotations for the following:

The U.S. Mission to Nigeria comprises of the Embassy in Abuja, FCT, and the Consulate General in Lagos.

Applications are invited for:

Title: Request for Quotation for Storage Shelves for Expendable Shop

Preamble

The U. S. Embassy Abuja has a requirement for a vendor to heavy duty supply 4-Tier Storage Shelf, metal, Ash color; 84″ high X 36″ Wide X 20″ Deep; load capacity is 1450KG as per attached sample.

Eligibility Requirements

For a valid quote, please note the following:

Quote must include complete specifications, samples/pictures, return policy and total shipment weight
Vendor must state BOLDLY if offering alternatives.
Vendors must state delivery terms (How long it will take to deliver).
Due to new Government requirement for offerors to comply with the new National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) in accordance with FAR 52.204-24, FAR 52.204-25 and FAR 52.204-26, please you are required to complete the attached form and send along with your quote. Any offer not accompanied by this form will NOT eligible for award.
FAR 52.212-4 (Commercial Items) applies to this RFQ. Payment term is Net 30. Unsuccessful offerors may not be contacted.

The evaluation criteria for this requirement will include price, technical acceptability and past performance.
