The Embassy of the United States of America in Nigeria invites reputable contractors to submit requests for quotations for the following:




The U.S. Mission to Nigeria comprises of the Embassy in Abuja, FCT, and the Consulate General in Lagos.

Applications are invited for:

Title: Request for Quotation for the Repair of Power Monitoring System

Preamble
The U. S. Embassy Abuja has a requirement for a contractor to conduct repairs on the Embassy’s power monitoring system per the linked Statement of Work (SOW). You are invited to submit a quotation.

The Embassy plans to award a purchase order. You are encouraged to make your quotation competitive. You are also cautioned against any collusion with other potential offerors with regard to price quotations to be submitted. The RFQ does not commit the American Embassy to make any award. The Embassy may cancel this RFQ or any part of it.

Eligibility Requirements
  • Please include delivery/performance schedule, specifications, samples/pictures/complete drawings, (where applicable), along with your quotes/proposals.
  • Offerors/Vendor must state BOLDLY if offering an alternative approach.
  • Due to new Government requirement for offerors to comply with the new National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) in accordance with FAR 52.204-24, FAR 52.204-25 and FAR 52.204-26, please you are required to complete the attached form and send along with your quote. Any offer not accompanied by this form will NOT eligible for award.
  • The evaluation criteria for this requirement will include price, technical acceptability and past performance and as listed in the appropriate sections of the solicitation package

Submission of Documents




Proposals must be in only two attachments (financial proposal & technical proposal) and sent to the Contracting Officer at: Abujaprocurement@state.gov All responses and quotes on this RFQ MUST have the following subject line "RFQ #PR10134673 -Power Monitoring Systems Repair".

Please Note
The SOW is detailed enough and no site visit may be necessary. However, if you still need a site visit as scheduled below, please you may send us the name of your representative at: Abujaprocurement@state.gov no later than August 28, 2021.

The site visit for this requirement has been scheduled as below:
Date: Tuesday August 31st, 2021.
Time: 11am
Venue: Embassy Compound, Plot 1075 Diplomatic Drive, FCT, Abuja.

  • Questions can also be sent ( no later than August 28th, 2021) to the same email address.
  • Please return the completed SF-18 along with your quote.
  • FAR 52.212-4 (Commercial Items) as well as Net 30 Payment Terms. apply to this RFQ.
  • Unsuccessful offerors may not be contacted.
  • Oral quotations will not be accepted.
